Payments are due within 72 hours of purchase. Payment not made within this time frame will be send a reminder notice. If payment is not made within 24 hours of the reminder notice, unless you have contacted me and we have made other arrangements, then the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left along with filing an unpaid item claim.

I offer the lowest price shipping I can for the carries that I use and some items are shipped fully insured so you don't have to pay extra for it and even though not all items are shipped for free I try to charge the lowest combined shipping charges that I can for those items.

We can try to resolve the issue by either exchange or refund as items that are marked new usually have a 7-30 day return policy but you must contact me to get an RMA before the item can be returned. *Please keep all original packaging during this time in case a return is needed as some of the information needed for the RMA may be on the packaging and some manufacturers require item to be returned in original packaging.* Return fees may apply to you the buyer depending on how you ship the item back once you have received the RMA. All instructions on how to return the item will be included with the RMA. Note: Not all items are returnable due to some items are used and sold as is and depending on the type of item so make sure to read each listing closely.
Cash refunds can take 30-60 days to be posted since they are not sent until the returned item has been received by the manufacturer. For out of stock items cash refunds are immediate. Before returning, you must first obtain a return authorization within 7-30 days of delivery depending on the items return policy. Make sure you mention the item name and number, your name, date purchased and reason for the return when contacting us. We will then get back to you within 5-10 business day with the RMA information.
Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
