Our custom 11" square, healthy screen based open platform feeder is designed to provide you with many years of enjoyment and built solid as a rock! It measures 11"H x 11"W x 7 1/2"D outside dimensions and the screened feeder base is 2"H x 8 1/2"W x 7 1/2"D. It holds up to five cups of feed (40 ounces by volume). A unique smaller feeder for dorms, apartments, porches and smaller display areas. A good amount of hand work goes into crafting this to make sure that you have a long lasting, high quality feeder! Lasts many times longer than most all store bought feeders and all my homes and feeders can be crafted to almost any size you may need. Made right here in the USA!

We use thick cut, kiln dried western cedar wood to build our feeders. This insures your feeder is sturdy and the cedar wood is more resistant to decay or rot due to seasonal weather changes. Cedar is also naturally more resistant to insect damage.

All of our screened feeders are crafted in small batches from our original designs we have been offering to customers locally for 25 years. We are proud to have been serving the eBay community since 1998 and look forward to serving you!

Custom crafted to order with premium water proof exterior glue, prime guard exterior screws, rust resistant zinc coated steel hooks, galvanized finishing nails and a durable animal grade exterior fine mesh screen. We countersink the screws and plug the holes with hardwood pegs for a quality look and finish to your feeder. Each feeder is then sanded by hand and sealed with several coats of clear exterior sealant.

Your feeder hangs from a 3/8" weather resistant, poly coated steel chains and a 1" polished nickel plated steel ring. The rim of the feeder provides an  approx: 30" of wrap around perch space for your favorite birds to feed!

Your bird feeder is crafted by hand with pride right here in the United States of America and is designed to last through many seasons of use. Our feeders have survived many snow and ice storms, multiple hurricanes and extreme high temperatures without falling apart. Our customers love them and you will too! My feeders last many years longer than cheaply made store bought feeders that usually need replacing seasonally. This saves you lots of money on replacements!

Our featured screened feeding base allows air to circulate through your feed keeping your bird seed or grain mixtures dry and clean for healthier bird feeding. The air circulation also helps to keep mold from forming on your feed and helps prevent moisture from causing seeds to sprout! No black moldy clumps of seed to clean from your feeder base!

The fine meshed extra strength animal screen material will not tear, rip or need replacing under normal to very heavy seasonal use. The screen is secured tightly with 9/16" stainless steel staples and exterior wood glue and then covered with 1/2" cedar trim across the bottom of the feeder sealing the screen in tight. The cedar trim securing the screen is then reinforced with 1 1/2" galvanized finishing nails.
