11040 - OTR Tire Bead Breaker

  • Original Earth Mover tire bead breaker
  • Originally marketed as Goodyear TO-100-HA
  • Tool clamps to wheel mechanically and then the hydraulic ram assembly is used to break the bead.
  • Designed for use on 5 piece wheels which do not have bead loosening pockets (typically those wheels manufactured before 1970)
  • Tool offers 10” (25.4 cm) of stroke to break the bead
  • Includes 6 curved wedges which are used to prevent
  • tire from ‘re-seating’ when the tool is moved around the wheel for additional bead breaking
  • Used with 10,000 LPPC (700 bar) air/hydraulic pump or hand operated hydraulic pump
  • Equipped with High-Flow coupling but can be requested with Parker Series quick connect coupler (model 11040P)
  • Weight 52 lbs (23.5 kg)
