Shipping Charges:
Shipping & Handling charges are calculated and added to the total purchase price. International buyers should email us for a shipping quote. We will gladly combine multiple orders whenever possible. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping Insurance:
All products are inspected for damage prior to shipping. We take pride in the packaging of our products. Therefore, if you receive a damaged item, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the US Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. We highly recommend shipping insurance. Products sometimes disappear during shipping or while going through customs. Please be cautious when removing the items from the box. These items are not toys, they have delicate parts that can break easily if they are mishandled.

Return Policy:
We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of item. A return authorization number will be given. The original shipping fees are non refundable and it is the buyers responsibility for the return shipping fees. All items must be returned in the original unopened product boxes and returned in “New” condition. It is the buyers responsibility to pack the item properly to ensure the item is not damaged during shipment. We will not accept opened product boxes. Money is returned on the purchase price only. “NO” shipping fees will be refunded. There is a 15% restocking fee on the original purchase price.

Inventory:
We have a complete inventory of items. However, there may be a time that an item sells out quicker than we can update our listing. If this happens we sincerely apologize.

Size and Scale:

An item that is listed at 1:72 scale means that it is 1/72nd of the actual (real life) size. The bigger the fraction the smaller the item is.
