Description:
One item is for one sheet, the size of it is 12 3/4" by 12 3/4", 1.13 sq. ft., includes 225 inserts. Each inser is 20 mm (3/4 inch) x 20 mm(3/4 inch), 4mm(5/32 inch) thick.
Type of Mounting: mounted on fiberglass mesh. Back mounted on mesh with a joint of 1.5 mm, easier to be installed than paper-mount.
Suitable for: Walls, floors, countertops, swimming pools, etc.

Shipping Policies
Most items are shipped within 24 hrs after payment is received.
Insurance and Tracking are included with all UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipments for Free.
Pleas include a daytime phone number with every order over 150 Lb for shipping needs, trucking company R&L Carriers will not pick up your shipment without a phone number and your email address thank you.

Master Faucet will be responsible for filing any type of shipping dame claim with the shipping company. Every package is fully insured by Master Faucet and requires a
signature upon delivery.

If you are bidding on another auction from us, and would like to use our combined shipping discount program, you need wait until both auctions have ended before you check out. You can only combine shipping for items when the auctions end within 7 days of each other. |
Return Policy
We do accept returns and exchanges 30 days after your purchase.
Product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Master Faucet will refund shipping costs only if the return has resulted from our error.
Send all returns via FedEx, UPS or USPS and include the required insurance and signatures.
$15 re-boxing fee will be charged for products that are returned without the manufacturers original box or if the box is damaged. All products will be inspected prior to credit approval.
Products that have been installed are non-returnable.
To return an item please request an RGA (return goods authorization) from us.
We will send you the address to where the products are to be shipped too.
Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for items sent back to us without an authorization.
Once a RGA number is issued the returned product needs to be returned within 30 days.
We charge sales tax for items shipped to: IL (8.750%).
