Up for bid are ( 12 ) 3/8" High Speed Drill Bit, = 8 are marked PTD made in USA, = 1 marked made in USA, = 3 no mfg marking or country of mfg. 8 of the drill bits look unused, 4 do show signs of use.   I found the bits at an estate sale, a retired machinist.
