They measure 1 ¼ to 1 ½ inches. I also offer a 2 1/4 inches in size, but unless specified, you will receive the size mentioned above. These are great as a starter set or shower gift. They match many outfits and occasions. All barrettes are specially lined to provide that non slip quality...and believe me...they're not going ANYWHERE! That's right-they are specially created for ALL hair types-particularly, baby fine or barely there hair. You see, I have two little girls who inherited their daddy's baby fine hair so we needed something that would stay put. I started making these 3 years ago upon the birth of my first daughter and have been making them ever since.
