The details of the work involved in the customization are as follows :

1. Body armor (chest, shoulder & shin guard) were all casted in good quality vinyl.

2. Customized rubber shoes.

3. The head and hands were also casted in good quality vinyl.

4. The head, arms, legs are fully articulated.

5. The suit is custom made by using SYNTHETIC LEATHER but not a ready made product in the market. The synthetic leather is stretchable and durable, unlike the material used in 12" figures in the market such as lycra, etc...

6. 'Dragon' body as base body which means good articulation and pose abilities.

7. High quality thinner base paint were used for all painting work with multiple layers so as to achieve human likeness.

8. All body armour and limb parts are coated with a thick layer of clear acrylic coating for metal gloss finishing and also act as a protective layer for all paint work. This is a very time consuming process as it takes at least 8 hours to cure.
