Condition of items
1. All items will be described to the best of our ability. We will look every item over and list the condition in the item description.
2. We are not factory authorized dealers for any of our items. It is the buyer’s FULL responsibility to check all part numbers for your specific application with the manufacturer or your local dealer PRIOR to bidding.
3. All items are sold on an as-is/where-is basis unless otherwise stated in the auction description.
4. Some of our items are new/perfect, but the boxes might be scratched and/or damaged. We only detail the condition of the actual item in our auctions. We will also state whether or not the items comes with factory paperwork.
Shipping Information
1. We do not ship in U.S.P.S. flat rate boxes!
2. Use one of our shipping calculators located in this listing for an immediate quote.
3. Since many of our items are shipped in their original boxes from the manufacturer, we do not combine shipping on our items. So instead for each additional item purchased within 3 days we offer a 25% discount.
4. We offer and encourage local pickups. All items must be picked up with in 10 day after the auction closing date, unless arrangements have been made PRIOR to bidding/buying. We do not furnish or sell any load strapping equipment. The buyer will be responsible for properly securing each item.
5. Any merchandise left over 10 days will be assessed a $5 per day storage fee.
6. We will charge an additional $50 for palletizing/crating ALL large truck freight items.
7. All stated fixed price shipping charges are for the 48 contiguous United States.
8. Due to the high probability of fraud we DO NOT accept call tags for any of our items.
9. ALL SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Payment Information
1. Every winning buyer MUST use our checkout system. There are no exceptions to this rule! Our checkout system will ensure that your payments will be properly recorded and your item will be immediately shipped.
2. Do not bid or use “Buy It Now” if you can not pay for your item within 5 days of the auctions end date.
3. Invoices are automatically sent upon close of each auction. If we do not receive payment within 5 days, an unpaid auction dispute will be filed, the item will be relisted, and appropriate feedback will be left.
