My Policies:
Payment: I prefer to receive payment by Pay Pal, however I will accept a personal check, money order or cashier's check as long as I receive it within ten days of the ending of this auction. I MUST receive payment within ten days.
Shipping: I try to ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. I usually ship via UPS, and would appreciate if you could provide a business or work address for delivery if possible. This assures a confirmation signature on each delivery and faster, more reliable deliveries.
Warranty/Return: I do not accept returns on this item, however if the item is not as described I will offer a full refund. If any product is damaged in shipping, this MUST be addressed with the carrier (usually UPS). I automatically insure each package for $100 but additional value of insurance must be added by the buyer if desired.
Feedback Policy: I leave feedback for buyers after they have paid for the item. Faster payment means better feedback. Slow payers may or may not receive feedback from us. I would appreciate an opportunity to correct any mistakes I make, prior to receiving negative or neutral feedback. I pride myselves on my service, and thus if given the opportunity to correct any errors I have made, I always take responsibility for my mistakes, and do my best to correct them immediately.

SHIPPING POLICY: We normally ship by USPS or UPS ground. We do our best to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment on any order. We do offer international shipping on most items at the shipping rate indicated in the listing. We do combine shipping cost for all customers on multiple item purchases. We combine at 50% off the shipping rate on all items after the first item purchased. We have a special rate for Canadian customers, usually equal to the US rate plus $3, however a special adjustment is necessary in the checkout cart, so please email us prior to payment if you are in Canada.
WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY: We offer our customers the option of purchasing insurance on all items purchased. Please address all shipping damage claims directly with the shipping company. We do not accept returns unless we have made a mistake and the item is not as described in the listing. We do not warranty any items beyond that which is specified in the description or listing. We do not ask our customers to pay for any costs if we have made a shipping error.
OUR FEEDBACK POLICY: If any customer pays using one of the payment methods we have offered within seven days, we will immediately leave positive feedback for that customer. AND THEN we will rely on our quality of product and our ability to provide good customer service, to EARN positive feedback from our customers.
