12 DURGIN, IRIS (1900) SOLID STERLING DINNER KNIVES / Monogrammed "S"

This auction is for an extremely fine, antique (c.1910's) and very difficult to find lot of 12 (note picture shows only 11, but there are 12 knives, all in same, very good condition) hollow handled dinner knives by Durgin in their highly collectable and beautiful floral Art Nouveau IRIS pattern of 1900. These gorgeous knives measure 9 1/2" long. Handles are marked Sterling. Found in great used condition. Sport the period monogram of the letter S in an old scroll style. Blades appear to be replacements. Show no areas of unsightly damage or repairs; just light surface scratches and tarnish commensurate with age and gentle use.
