Our pens and coops are kept clean and sanitary. We keep clean wood shavings in the nesters at all times and change the dirt in the pen out regularly. We also dust for bugs as needed and worm the flock regularly.
We feed them 21% protein feed and they are given oyster shell for calcium carbonate to promote strong eggshells and they are given grass and scratch because they love it.
I collect the eggs several times a day so they never sit out in the heat or cold.
All of them are easily handled because we spend a lot of time with them caring for them.
They have a wonderfully built pen that provides shade from the summer heat and warmth from the winter weather. They have an automatic watering system so they always have clean fresh water.

Hatch Rate Issues
I cannot guarantee what hatch rate you will achieve for reasons beyond my control. I can guarantee that my flock is very fertile and we’re getting excellent feedback on the hatch rates others are receiving but there are many variables that go alone with a good hatch including but not limited to the way your eggs will be handled during shipping and the settings of your incubator.

Refunds
I will consider sending a refund or ship a new batch of eggs to you ONLY if shipping damage is extensive.
This does not include the extra eggs. Only the original number of eggs purchased.
I will require a photo of the damaged box and broken eggs as proof.
