There are far too many outside factors involved that are completely out of our hands, and may affect the hatchability of shipped eggs. If eggs are dropped, shaken, abused, exposed to extreme heat or cold for extended periods, exposed to possible security X-ray at shipping or customs terminals,… then they may never develop at all, and never even show signs of fertility. All of these things can render a hatching egg useless. Even if your shipping carton arrives intact, there is no guarantee that one or more of these shipping hazards didn’t have an effect on the eggs.
IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY FOR ANY REASON. WE WILL SHIP YOU A NEW BATCH OF EGGS "1 TIME!" FOR THE PRICE OF SHIPPING and HANDLING. WE DO NOT LIKE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS AND OUR FEEDBACK REFLECTS OUR SUCCESS RATE.
Please allow your eggs to rest at room temperature at least 8 hours before placing them into your incubator. Eggs can suffer ‘temperature shock’ if taken from a cool place and put directly into an incubator. Let your eggs rest they need time to settle from shipping, and to regulate to room temperature {approx 70 degrees} before incubating. Read your incubator instruction manual ….if you don’t have a copy, then you can most likely find a free download from the manufacturers web site. Personal Incubating Practices…..Considering everyone’s individual ideas and practices with incubation, much less all the various types of incubators in use, there is no way we could even begin to assume any liability on this issue. We do our part with the breeding,...the frequent collecting of the eggs daily,…keep them in temperature controlled space and rotated out according to date/age. If there is a problem or delay, you will be notified via the email you provided. Once your package goes into the shipping system, we will no longer be responsible for it after that point.
