·         Shipping within U.S. continental: First dozen $12, $7 each additional. Via USPS priority mail (for 1 dozen, more than 1 dozen  Fedex ground).

·         Shipping to Hawaii & Puerto Rico: First dozen $14, $7 each additional. Via USPS. 

·         Shipping to Canada: First dozen $24, $8 each additional.  Via USPS priority mail. Usually takes 6-10 days depending on Canadian customs.

·         Other International buyers, email for quote.

·         You will get shipping notification via email. Tracking number is available upon request at no cost..

·         Insurance is available upon request.

·         Fast shipping is our goal. We are committed to process order within 1-2 business days after payment is secured.   

 

 

RETURN POLICY

·         We accept returns within 5 business days after order is received. We encourage you to check order immediately when it is delivered.  Please contact us within 5 business days if you have any concern, else returns will not be accepted.

·         Buyer is responsible for any shipping cost to return product for an exchange, unless it is mistake caused by us. Product returned for exchange must be in resellable condition. Restocking fee is 10% of product value, and will be billed to you.

·         In case you find any defectives: First thing to do is take a picture, attach to email and send to us with detail description. We will review the case and issue you a RMA#. Then we may decide to replace or exchange the product. Again, you need to contact us within 5 business days after receipt of product.
