12' Perception ACADIA Yellow KAYAK Canoe w/Paddles

ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR ITEM:
This item comes direct from an estate home where it has been used on a daily basis. It shows the normal signs of use that you might expect from a previously owned piece, but no damage, signs of previous repairs, and no obvious repairs needed now.
This yellow kayak is the Perception Acadia brand. It has the expected scratches across the body, but no damage whatsoever. This kayak comes with 2 paddles and the Stohlquist Kayak Tow-line shown in the final photo.
Measurements:
About 12 feet 3 inches long overall, and 28 inches across the beam.

Q: Do you have a Buy-it-Now price on this? Will you end the auction early for an offer?
A: We do not offer "Buy-it-Now" prices or end auctions early for offers.

Q: Your auction says "pick up only". Why won't you ship this? I am far away and I want to bid.
A: Some things are just way too big and complicated for us to pack. Certain items may not be cost effective to ship (like a $99 item that costs $500 to ship). Other items are impossible to ship without a high risk of damage. We also have no loading dock, pallets, strapping equipment, etc. Add to that the fact that we are old and feeble. We realize we limit ourselves to the 24 million people who live within an hour's drive of our place when we make an item "pick up only", but it works for us. However, we don't mind if you arrange a local person or company to come and pick up your item for you... as long as we don't have to prepare it for shipment.

Q: What's the history on this? Where did you get it? How old is it?
A: Our things come from complete estate purchases and bulk unclaimed storage purchases. We obviously can't talk to the previous owner about the items we purchase, so we generally know nothing about the item's past history.
