These solid-color Men's Boxer Shorts are brand new and factory fresh, not shelf pulls or discontinue merchandise. The fabric is SATIN for silk - like softness,  strength and durability. These Men's boxer shorts are comfortable to wear, do not ride up into the crotch or bind around your waist. Elastic Waistband is enclosed for long lasting comfort. Boxers have a Fly Front with button closure, fly panel is reinforced with double stitch seams. Bidding and Purchasing Policy

• Place a bid / purchase only if you are serious to buy the item.

• If you are purchasing multiple items we will automatically Combine Shipping and Send you a Final Invoice. We limit Combine Shipping to “groups” of three items only (we are unable to fit more than three item groups into our shipping boxes). If you purchase four items, the fourth will not qualify for combine shipping and will ship separately. 
• Occasionally, we will offer special purchase items at deep discounts. These items may not qualify for Combine Shipping. If Combine Shipping is not offered we will note this in our item description in oversize bold underlined type.
• We process buyer feedback upon receiving our feedback. We are very happy to leave positive feedback for successful transactions. Unfortunately, occasionally we must leave negative feedback for unsuccessful transactions.
• If we do not receive payment within 7 days from end of auction, the item will be re-listed and the auction will be forfeited.
• We report NPB (Non Paying Bidders) to EBAY to receive a refund of the Final Value Fees.

Shipping

• We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. In stock items usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment confirms (excluding holidays and weekends). 
• Ninety-eight percent of all orders are shipped to customers via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, USPS suggests delivery will be made in two to three days.
• You will receive a Ship Confirm email from PAYPAL which will include tracking / delivery confirm number. You can check the progress of your parcel by entering delivery confirm number at USPS web site. 
• Buyer is responsible for providing a safe and secure area for USPS deliveries. 

Return Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to make a refund LESS Shipping and Handling charges within 7 (seven) days of your purchase date.
• Your purchase must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and all accessories. We can not accept opened packages for return; State of Oregon Health Department expressly prohibits the sale of open package underwear. 
• Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
• We require you to enclose copy of Ebay Invoice which includes Buyer ID, Date of Sale and Item Number. 
• Return package to include Delivery Confirmation (using delivery confirm protects buyers and sellers, we use delivery confirmation on 100% of our shipments?.
• We will be happy to issue a full refund LESS Shipping and Handling charges for the price of any item you return which meets the above conditions upon receipt of return package.
