New inventory of porcelain sets coming in. Love this one! A very hard to find set of 12 service plates by Royal Doulton; The white ground is banded with a subdued dark blue with gilt edged wedgwood blue cartouches with ornate central floral gilt decoration. The dark blue bands are decorated with heavy imasto gilt between the cartouches with graceful arabesques. The blue bands are edged with a gold border in a classic geometric pattern, and the rims are also gilt. Each plate is marked (please see photos, as well for thee dimensions).

Condition is very good. No flaws to note, the beaded gilt is intact. There is some very occasional minor loss to the the dark blue bands.
