Policies:

Payment: We prefer payment by Pay pal, however we will accept a money order or cashier's check within seven days of the end of the auction. We would request that you pay for multiple item purchases together after combining them in your shopping cart.

Shipping: We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We ship using different carriers depending on how many items you purchase, and where the shipment is going. We do ship internationally, however for Canadian shipments please contact us for shipping quotation prior to bidding. We combine items with full shipping on the item with the highest shipping cost, and 50% of each addtional item.

Returns/Warranty: We do not accept returns on this item, however if you do not receive the item as described in this listing we will replace the item at no cost.

Feedback: We take feedback very seriously, and do our best to leave appropriate feedback. We will immediately leave positive feedback for anyone who leaves positive feedback for us. We do not take neutral or negative feedback lightly, and consider it unacceptable for one reason. We will fix or correct any problems that our customers have without any cost to the customer. Our position is that if we are contacted about a problem, and fix our mistake immediately, then none of our customers will ever have a reason to leave us negative or neutral feedback.
