Air ship includes insurance but no tracking. Expedited includes insurance & tracking but delivery takes longer and the cost is higher.
Light packet and letter post have no insurance & no tracking but have the same standard delivery time as air ship.

All shipping within Canada includes tracking & insurance, (excluding letter-mail). Delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on location. Xpress post takes 2-4 *business days*
