All products have a 1-year warranty from the invoiced date.
One Year Warranty: If your product is defective we will replace or repair it for a period of one year. The products are only replaced if they cannot be repaired.
All warranties and returns are subject to these regulations and restrictions. You must send the product back via pre-paid shipping (we do not refund shipping cost; however, we will return your product free of shipping cost via UPS Ground shipping if being repaired or replaced). Your warranty will be evaluated and shipped to you within 14 business days (could vary depending on product and part availability). In the event your model is no longer or temporarily unavailable, you will be sent a comparable model.
If your product is replaced your warranty is not extended.
When your item is returned, our technicians will confirm and evaluate the nature of the defective product. Please make sure you provide a written explanation of the failure. After CCTV WHOLESALE OUTLET technicians evaluate the returned product and it is determined not to be defective, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay freight for returned products.
You must provide a copy of your original sales receipt or invoice indicating date of purchases.
This warranty is voided in the event of external or internal physical damage, damage due to power surges, improper use of power supply requirements, damage because of improper use, acts of God, and not following manufacture recommendations. If the product is damage during shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to initiate a claim. CCTV WHOLESALE OUTLET will not be responsible for damages occurred by shipping.
CCTV WHOLESALE OUTLET Return Policy:
The following procedure must be taken for all returns and repairs. To better expedite the warranty process, the following steps must be completed.
** A RMA number must be obtained PRIOR to returning any products. No returns or repairs will be accepted without a valid RMA number issued by CCTV WHOLESALE OUTLET. **
1. All returns must be received within 14 business days from the invoiced date. Only a store credit will be issued. No refunds are permitted. No advanced replacements are available. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed to all returns.
2. The RMA number issued does not guarantee that you will receive warranty services, replacements, or store credits. We will not accept any products that are not returned in original packaging, marked, or physically damaged. The products will be sent back at the expense of the customer.
3. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box or on the shipping label, not on the product box.
4. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to CCTV WHOLESALE OUTLET. CCTV WHOLESALE OUTLET is only responsible for the return shipping cost to the customer.
5. A restocking fee of up to 15% will be applied for damaged or missing items.
6. Products that are found to have no problems will be subject to a return shipping charge.
7. RMA numbers are only valid for 15 days from the original issued date. After the 15 day period, a new RMA number must be issued in order to process your request. |
