Here is the fine print that you may want to consider when making a purchasing decision.

Shipping - We ship every day except Sunday and holidays.  Our goal is to have items packaged and delivered for shipment no later than the first business day after your payment has cleared.  Some specifics:

·         The cost of shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) shipped.  Multiple items can be combined to save you money but this means that we need to box the items and calculate the total weight.  Please request a combined invoice before paying if you want to take advantage of this savings.  While we strive to ensure that the packed weight of each item is accurate when listing the item for sale, eBay's shipping calculator may not correctly adjust for the weight associated with the packaging material.

·         Glass can be heavy, fragile or both so we take care to pack well.  We do not inflate the price of items to artificially keep shipping costs low.  This means two things.  First, you will not pay hidden fees when you purchase an item and this can lead to significant savings if you buy multiple pieces of glass.  Second, packaging well enough to protect your purchase impacts the weight; if you do not need a large piece of glass consider buying glass that has been cut to fit into a flat rate priority box. 

If you need your purchase fast, please let us know so we can price the shipment based on this fact.  Default shipping, if you live in the continental U.S. is based on weight as follows: 

·         13 ounces or less will be sent via first class mail (media mail if the item qualifies).  In all instances, the most economical method will be used.  The U.S. Postmaster estimates that it takes 1 to 3 days to deliver a first class envelope or package and 2 to 9 days for media mail within the continental U.S.  

·         More than 13 ounces will be shipped UPS, parcel post (media mail if the item qualifies) or priority mail.  If you prefer one carrier over the other please let us know.  The U.S. Postmaster estimates that it can take up to 9 days to deliver a parcel post package in the continental U.S.   

Items offered with free shipping will be shipped the most economical method.

Insurance - All domestic packages will be shipped with delivery confirmation and our responsibility for your package ends when it is delivered to the carrier for shipment.  Please purchase insurance if you want additional protection against lost or damaged items. 

Taxes - If you live in Arizona sales tax in the amount of 8.1% will be added during checkout.

Payment - Please pay for your purchase within three (3) days of your commitment to buy or contact us to let us know that you are still shopping.  If a purchase is not completed within this time period we will send a checkout reminder; if there is no response within three (3) days of the reminder we will file for a refund of any final transaction fees.  This will generate a negative strike on your eBay user ID.

PayPal is the preferred payment method. If you make your PayPal payment with an electronic check it may take several days for the payment to clear and your items will be held until the funds are released by PayPal.

International Buyers - We are happy to ship worldwide.  If you are an international buyer you are responsible for the payment of any customs fees, tariffs or other charges.  Please do not ask us to modify information on customs forms to reflect a quantity or value less than actual.

Contact Us - If you have a question about an item please contact us before making a commitment to buy.    We take pride in offering a high level of customer service and strive to questions within 24 hours; in most instances, in less than 12 hours.

Feedback - We will leave feedback for you as quickly as possible after you have finalized your transaction.  We would greatly appreciate it if you would contact us before leaving feedback that is less than positive so we can work to resolve any issues.  When contemplating feedback please remember that some things beyond our control.  For example, while we can make every effort to get your package to the carrier timely, we cannot control the delivery time from that point.
