I ask that payments be made within 5 days of auction close unless other arrangements have been made. You will receive an automatic invoice directly after the close of the auction. If multiple items are purchased, a combined invoice will be sent as soon as possible.
If no contact or payment is made by the buyer within 5 days of the auction ending, the item will be relisted and a non-paying bidder claim will be filed with eBay. If you choose to bid or buy it now and decide not to pay, I must get my fees reimbursed via the eBay non paying bidder process. I realize that circumstances may arise and payment may have to be delayed. All I ask is that you notify me and we will work something out.
Paypal or Money Orders are preferred. Personal checks will also be accepted if you at least 25 positive feedbacks, but please email me prior to bidding for approval. Your items will not be sent until your the check clears, which can take up to 5 days.
Refunds will be issued only if the item was inadvertently misrepresented. Should this happen, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer screen technology and/or settings. Therefore, this is not a basis for returns or an error on my part.

I'm a firm believer in fast shipping and do my best to ship the same day payment is received. I ship 1st Class, Priority Mail, Parcel Post & UPS within the US and delivery confirmation is included. If you need detailed tracking on your package please choose UPS for shipping.
