Buyer must notify seller of any defects or non-conformity whatsoever in the equipment within 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Failure of BUYER to notify us shall constitute an acceptance of the Equipment and waiver of all defects and/or nonconformity in the Equipment.
- In case of damages due to shipping, buyer decides whether to keep or return the equipment within 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. No return will be accepted after 5 days of receipt.
