You may either return the damaged item for your entire purchase price less shipping or I will replace the item immediately. I cannot be responsible for items NOT INSURED! Items not as described will be refunded in full plus return shipping, Customers have 10 days from the day you received the item to return it. Refunds are issued at the time the returned item has been received.  ALL items are packaged and shipped very carefully. I work very hard to treat my customer, as I would expect to be treated!

SHIPPING:  ALL of my items are shipped USPS or UPS Ground.  ALL items are opened, inspected and resealed before being packaged for shipment. Insurance is optional on all purchases, but I cannot be responsible for uninsured shipments.  ALL are shipped within 24 Hours of Payment being received (Expect for purchases made on weekends or Holidays which are shipped on the first business day that follows). Nothing leaves here without a tracking number. ALL my in state labels are done on line through PayPal.  I email each of my customers with their tracking information, please check your ebay messages, shipping information is emailed as soon as label is printed. I deliver all my packages to the post office daily but the United States Postal Service will no longer scan items as being received so it sometimes takes a couple of days for them to show up in the system.  I have a UPS daily pickup their items are scanned at the time they pick them up.

SHIPPING RATE ON THIS ITEM:  Calculated

INSURANCE CLAIMS: I handle all my customers insurance claims.  UPS claims are handled online and they will pickup broken item it wanted. Replacement items are shipped immediately. UPS request items to be held for 10 day. USPS claims are a bit more difficult, USPS requires I have the item to turn in with the claim, which means we have to make arrangements to get the broken item back to me.  I do not like this policy but this is the way USPS does business.

SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: I offer shipping discounts on ALL multi-purchases with Flat Rate Shipping being shipped to the same address in the United States. My discounts vary so most of the time ebay invoicing does not pick up my discounts properly.  The easiest way to ensure you get the correct shipping discounts is to request me to send you a combined invoice, if I haven't already done so. If for some reason you do pay to much, rest assured the overpayment will be refunded! Discounts range from $1.00 to $2.25 for each additional item. Remember on orders over $150.00 shipping is FREE.  

SHIPPING TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS:  I will be glad to ship your purchase to any address requested. I provide gift wrapping and have even included personal notes when requested.  Please contact me and let me know that your purchase is going to a different address than what is stated on ebay.  Paypal customers can make the address change at time of payment.  If you put a note with your payment  they are at the bottom of the payment page and honestly when I get in a hurry I have been known to miss them. So please email me and that way I’ll look for the change.

I provide packaged weight to all my overseas customers so you are able to look for other shipping methods if you wish.
