The item being offered is a Mullard 12AX7/ECC83 long plate type from the 1960's.When tested on my Hickok 539C tester,it measured 1680/1700 mMhos. A good/acceptable reading for this type is 875 mMhos. No leakage,gas,or shorts were found when testing.
