We combine shipping for a period of 5 business days. In order to receive combined shipping you must pay for all of your items at the same time and on the same payment. We send combined invoices every 2-4 days. Please do not e-mail us to tell us you are combining shipping. We will know when you pay through your combined invoice.

Once we receive payment it usually takes 1-3 business days to mail your items. All USPS first class shipping does not include online tracking. We use delivery receipt through stamps.com so we have to log into our account to see if the item has been delivered or not. Please allow the amount of time given in the shipping time frame for your package to be delivered before contacting us. We make every effort to get your items to you in a timely manner but we have no control over the United States Postal Service or your countries customs. Every item we send is insured and guaranteed to be delivered. If your item is not delivered we can file the insurance 5 business days after the last day of your shipping time frame expires. We charge flat rate shipping for all orders, so your postage may cost more or less than what you are charged. If this will upset you please do not bid on the auction. Our shipping fees our figured keeping in mind that we must pay our employees in the shipping department, pay for packaging supplies, insurance, postage, delivery confirmation, and much more.

We have a no questions asked return policy. If you receive an item and you are unhappy with it for any reason please return the stone for a replacement or refund. Any item that is returned that is as described will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Most of the items we sell are parcel graded by IGTL and all of the information given in the auction is copied directly from the lab reports. Please include the item number for every item being returned, as well as your e-bay user I.D. You do not need to contact is for permission to return an item, please include a brief note letting us know if you would like a refund or replacement. If we do not have a replacement in stock and that is the option you asked for we will issue a refund. Any item that is returned without the item numbers will be returned to sender.

To better serve all of our customers in a timely manner we do all of our communication through e-mail. You can contact us by clicking the "CONTACT SELLER" link in the top right hand corner of the auction. When asking a question or inquiring about an item please make sure the item # is included in the e-mail.

Customer satisfaction is our number one mission. We hope to make every customer happy. If you have a problem with your order please contact us and will will fix the problem in a professional, fair, and timely manner. If you do not contact us and allow us to correct the problem before leaving negative or neutral feedback we will leave the same feedback in response. E-bays user agreement and feedback policy state that you must contact a seller with any problems you may have and allow them to fix it. Once you received your order and are happy with the transaction please leave us a positive feedback to let us know the transaction has been completed. We will gladly reciprocate with positive feedback within 1 week of receiving it.

We prefer payment be made through papal for a fast and easy transaction. If you do not have a papal account we also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. Please include all auction information such as item numbers and your e-bay user I.D. when mailing in a payment. Any person who pays with a personal check, or e-check through papal will be charged fifty dollars for returned checks (checks that do not clear).

Every item we sell is inspected by a G.I.A. certified gemologist before it is listed and before it is mailed. We have been in business since 2002 and are one of the largest gemstone importers in the U.S.A. We have over 10,000 customers world wide. We only sell gemstones from conflict free locations and we follow all Kimberly Process Requirements and embargo laws. We are a company that you can trust, our goal is to satisfy every customer who makes a purchase from us.

All of our photographs are taken using either soft white or daylight equivalent lighting. We photograph our gemstones using a panasonic lumix digital camera. None of our pictures our altered to change the gemstones color or clarity. Gemstones will appear larger on your computer monitor than they do in person so we include very detailed measurements in the auction title and description. Gemstones may appear slightly different colors on different monitors depending on how your color settings are displayed on your monitor.
