POSTAGE

Once your item has been dispatched you will sent an automated email to let you know, all items are dispatched within three working days, Please allow plenty of time for your item to delivered, items cannot be tracked until after 21 days from the date of posting - this is the time that the post office say to allow for reasonable time for posting. Please take this into consideration when bidding, 

Once an item has been posted and we have have obtained a postal receipt the item, we can not except responsibility for items lost in the post. It is rare but from time to time an item may go  missing in the post, if this happens to you please let us know and after 21 days we will send you the postal receipt so that you can put a claim in at your post office.  We will not refund for any items lost in the post.  Please do not ask for a refund.  If you do not agree with this then please do not bid. 

We are happy to send your items out to you recorded delivery or special delivery if you require - please email via ebay for a price.
