Let us know in advance of paying that you will be purchasing more than one item so we can give you a combined shipping discount.  We close out combined items every 7 days from the date the first item is purchased.  Communication is key.  We are happy to work with our customers.

Shipping Terms:  Winning Bidder will prepay shipping and handling cost. This item will be shipped to a Continental U.S. address.  Alaska and Hawaii may be higher for shipping and International rates are based on destination and weight. (Please check with us for shipping costs before bidding)  We always try to ship on the same or next day after payment is received and will email you when and how shipment is made.  We like to get your items to you as quickly as possible.  Check our feedback.

We must have your physical - street address and telephone number for most items.  Please let us know if your purchase is being shipped to a business address.  We use FedEx for most packages, Priority Mail for smaller items and USPS Air or Economy Parcel Post for International packages.  If you are not sure how your item is being shipped, please ask.

Insurance:  Insurance is included in most shipping costs, except where noted that Insurance is optional.  We insure items for the full purchase price.  

Payment is due within 7 days from the date auction ends, but we expect to hear from you within 3 days of the auction's completion with your payment method and shipping address.  We accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and PayPal for next day shipment.  Virginia buyers - please add 5% Virginia Sales Tax.  Be sure to include your physical shipping address with your payment.

We always attempt to describe items as accurately as possible.  We don't always use or know the proper terms for some things.  So please email us if you have ANY questions.  We attempt to answer all emails within 24 hours.

As careful as we try to be, saddles made from leather often incur some very minor dings or a light scratch or scuff from shipping and handling.  These do not affect the performance or integrity of the saddles.  We try to let you know if there are any blemishes on the leather. 

Since we have no control of our merchandise after it leaves our facility, it is the users responsibility to inspect it before use.  All items are sold as is.  We do not guarantee fit.  See our return policy.
