WE USE CANADA POST FOR SHIPPING

Our listings are on the USA & Canada sites but Canadians please note that where it states 'UPS', that will be shipped XPRESS POST (1-2 day delivery); standard delivery is lettermail.

For our USA customers, we ship light or small packet air where possible to reduce costs; if you require Xpress Post we can give you a quote

All other countries; light packet air & small packet ground are standard methods of shipping: It is very costly to ship via air for larger/heavier packages so please email if you wish to upgrade shipping.

Also please take into consideration that we ship DAILY & your package leaves our hands within 48 business hours of payment receipt.

It is completely beyond our control if the mail system &/or your Country's Customs Department delays delivery to you.

Bear this in mind & be fair when giving feedback please. We send an email letting you know the parcel is AT the post office, NOT just ready to go!

Since we now have tons of items that have 'FREE SHIPPING', it is not possible to state all the costs here. If the shipping charges are not clear, please email to be sure of what you will be charged.

There is no shipping on weekends or holidays as the town has no service at those times.
