Although insurance is voluntary, if you choose to NOT have it at your expense, we assume no responsibility for delivery or damage once your item leaves our office. In addition, if you refuse to pay for insurance and it either fails to arrive or arrives damaged you forfeit your right to post any negative feedback. We are responsible for careful packaging and accuracy in both describing our material to the best of our ability and that everything we sell is genuine including antiques and antiquities, but cannot accept responsibility for the actions of any delivery service such as Fed Ex and the US Post Office. They do lose things or damage them on occasion so if what you bought is important kindly protect it with adequate insurance. We also offer expedited delivery service at our cost, which is additional. This would include Fed Ex, overnight postal delivery, express shipping and so forth as well as insurance.
