  • This battery are designed for exact replacement inside the battery pack of iRobot Vacuum cleaners. e.g Roomba APS 4905 battery.
    • To replace inside battery, you need to take off 4 screws on the case, then put new battery with solid connection. Please make sure polarity of battery pack. Red wire is always connect to positive.
    • Please following picture to learn how to replace internal battery for Roomba 4905


(1) Original Roomba Battery case (2) Loose all screws on the top. You need a triangle screw driver (included) to do so.



(3) Open cover, which maybe glued. You will need a flat screw driver to open it carefully, then take the original battery out


(4) Three wires with metal contact can be take away by pulling up the contact or cut wires off. Put new battery into the case and solder three wire back to metal contacts. Please check the polarities and not to short the battery -- Make sure wire colors on new battery match with colors on original wires.

  • Red wire : battery positive
  • Black wire: battery negative
  • White wire: temp sensore

Then reverse above procedure to close battery cover.

  • Please note you need a special designed screw driver to open the cover, this driver is included in the shipment

  • Note:
    • Some battery case are glue shut. You have to exercise caution on pry open the case as we are not responsible for any damage to the case.
