This AVERY CD STOMPER kit is New in the sealed retail package, so there should be no problems with it.

I have personally tested this AVERY CD STOMPER Software on ALL versions of WINDOWS (95, 98/SE, ME, 2000, XP Home & Pro) and proven that it WORKS PERFECTLY in ALL of these operating systems. But, it does NOT work with Windows Vista.

(I've sold well over 1,000 of these kits so far, with only a handful of installation problems reported - mostly with XP - due to system setup errors - all were easily solved).

Thus, any issues of installation problems/errors, are with YOUR particular Computer or Windows setup, and not that the program will not install with any of the above versions of Windows.

(You may have any of a variety of issues causing installation problems... poor setup, registry error problems, hard drive problems, conflicts with other installed programs, anti-virus programs, viruses, spyware, etc...)

Thus, INSTALLATION PROBLEMS will NOT be Warranted!

You must understand that you are purchasing most of these items at anywhere from 30-80% savings off the original cost. You can't expect to save this much money here on eBay AND then be able to return them for a full refund, just because you bought the wrong item, or changed your mind.
