    Combined Shipping

• We combine shipping at no additional charge.

• Shipping & Handling is only charged for the first item, additional items are combined together in the same package at no extra charge (no matter how many items).

• For your convenience, we automatically combine multiple items that end on different dates (ending within 7-day span) into one invoice.

• A single payment is required in order to take advantage of this low, flat shipping rate.

• We will email an updated invoice soon after each auction ending.

• Please review your combined invoice before submitting your payment to make sure all of your items have been added.

    Shipping Policy

• We ship every day, Monday through Friday via US Postal Service.

• All U.S. orders (within the continental US) include delivery confirmation.
  Items are shipped within 24 hours of payment clearing our system.

Below is an explanation of when payments are considered cleared according to payment method:

• Papal Instant - instantly

• Papal e-Check , e-Check clearing date

• Money Order - on arrival

• Cashier's Check - on arrival

• Personal Check - 5 business days after check arrival

    Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 7 days, and post mark the return within 10 days for a Full Refund (excludes Shipping and Handling fee). Of course, for you to receive your refund the jewelry must be returned in its original condition with all the original packaging.  They must not be worn, altered, or damaged in any way.

Unauthorized or delayed returns will not be accepted. Abuse of our hassle-free return policy is unfair; we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee for excessive returns on a single transaction.
