Your Razmik's jewelry is designed and made to meet quality standards and is warranted against any imperfection in design or workmanship. Any piece not meeting these standards will be replaced or repaired with no charge.  Your Razmik's  jewelry is born of special artistry, skill and hours of patient effort. This piece of jewelry will be among the most personal and meaningful jewelry you will ever own.  

Razmik's  provides its jewelry owners with the following Full Lifetime Warranty.

1- All Razmik's Jewelry are warranted to be properly sized as ordered. Resizing will be performed with $45 extra charge plus $15 for shipping and handling charges.

2- Restore the original finish on your ring free of charge, plus $15 for shipping and handling charges.

3- Synthetic and simulated stones used by Razmik's as well as genuine stones, diamonds* and cubic zirconia's, if lost or broken, will be replaced at current retail price. plus $15 for shipping and handling charges. 

4- Trade in your Razmik's class ring for credit towards the purchase of another ring at any time and is based on the world market gold price at that time.

5- We cannot determine the current, full retail value of your Razmik's ring, without seeing the ring itself. Simply send us the ring with a detailed letter telling us what you would like to do, and we will be able to quote you a remake/trade-in value before any work is performed. Silver rings will be credited for $40, regardless of retail value.

6-  Warranty is not valid if any work, Repair or Replacement is performed on the jewelry outside our factory.

7- Ring Loss Protection Plan ($49 for four years) will able you to send request for replacement with original   invoice, and a check or money order of $15 for shipping and handling charges to:
