You are buying 144 (12 DOZEN=1 gross)  7" plastic white clothes hangers. Brand new, smoke free. I also many other sizes listed on eBay and in my "eBay store."  Hook Size: 2 1/4" high by 1 5/8" wide. 1 1/8" inside diameter Opening. I know they will not fit the older big closet rods, I did have a customer tell me she uses them fine on her newer house closet rods.
