Delivery confirmation is included on all domestic mail packages at no additional charge. We package every item with care and barring any unforeseen circumstances ship within 72 hours of receipt of payment.
Please understand that once a package is accepted by the USPS we have no control over the delivery time.
We cannot be held responsible for items not received. We will provide the delivery confirmation number to you upon request which is our guarantee that we have mailed your package.
Shipping for auctions is a flat $5 domestic mail regardless of the number of auctions you win. Whether it's 1 or 100, shipping is still just $5.00 domestic mail unless otherwise stated. On occasion some 1 lb. rhinestone lots and some larger items will have a higher shipping cost associated with them. If this is the case it will be noted on the auction page.
Auction wins are combined for one day. We must ask that you pay for each weeks auctions within 7 days. After 7 days a new invoice will be started for any additional purchases you make.
International shipping rates vary by country and the weight of the package. Normally we mail via USPS Global Priority Flat Rate envelope. Flat Rate Global Priority is $11.00 to Canada and Mexico and $13.00 to all other countries for up 4 pounds. 4.1 lbs. - 20 lbs. can be sent to Canada and Mexico for $26, all other countries the charge is $40. If your total is over $150.00 we require shipping via Express mail.
