PA residents and those picking up are subject to State sales tax of 6%. If you have tax ID number, please bring a copy when picking up. We welcome you to pickup your items from our 23,000 sq. foot warehouse which is open by appointment only, call or email for availability.

We are now able to obtain discounted, Hassle free, shipping quotes to many areas on the East coast and out to the Chicago area. (all areas are not covered, please email zipcode and item #, to see if your area is covered and for shipping info) We will obtain the quote and details from the shipping company and email directly to you. All you do is bid , Confirm that you want us to arrange with the quoted shipping company and it will arrive at your door. Feel free to email us directly for a shipping quote and we will gladly arrange all details for you with the shipping company. Be sure to confirm with us your exact shipping address and two Contact PHONE NUMBERS at close of auction. Shipping charges are to be paid direclty to shipper upon delivery.

All Shipping is third party and we are only obtaining quotes and passing your contact information along to the shipping company who will pick up from our location and deliver directly to you. They will contact you prior to delivery. Estimated delivery time is typically 4-6 weeks, sometimes sooner, sometimes longer depending scheduling. (Because the shipping companies DO NOT work for us, these times are not guaranteed and only estimated based on past experiences.) You are more than welcome to Pickup or to use any shipper of your choice.

(The UPS Store is for smaller or midsize items) We will gladly drop off items to them for packing. Once we receive payment for item, we drop off within 7 days and they will then contact you for shipping and packing charges. It is only necessary to pay us the winning bid and all shipping charges can be paid directly to UPS when they contact you. Please allow a few days for them to contact and ship.

We have used these companies with great results and quotes can be given via email or by contacting them. Certain shippers will be less expensive to certain areas on certain size items. Our Items are listed as Pickup-Only. They may be picked up by purchasing customer or hired shipper of their choice. We understand the need to hire a shipper on large or distant items. All shipping options are listed only as a convenience to our customers, and you are more than welcome to use any shipper of your choice or are also welcome and invited to pick up from our location.

Shipping is the responsibility of Buyer to arrange and hire. If it is for a quote that we directly gave, we will be glad to forward your information on, to expedite shipping. All items are ready for shipment at close of auctions. Shipping companies will do all their own packaging or wrapping prior to delivery. We Do NOT package or crate items. All packing and crating must be done by an insured shipping company. The above, listed companies, will accomadate. If using a company of your choice, be sure they will properly package for shipping and items will be insured.

Please understand that all shipping is third party and we cannot be responsible for delays and issues beyond our control. We do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery but certain circumstances such as scheduling, weather, traffic etc. are encountered by shipping companies on a regular basis.

We reserve the right to end an auction early if it has been purchased from our warehouse. We will not end listings which have bids, so be sure to bid early!
