Wedding Ring FAQ

Question: What is the best way to get sized?  

Answer: You should use wide width ring gauges the kind used for wedding bands.   This manufacturer sizes to the "lead edge" (which means - when you find a wedding band gauge  that fits comfortably have the jeweler put the wedding band gauge on a US standard sizing stick - where the "lead" (first edge on) falls that is the size you should order). I have gauges to loan you - please email Mary@Basil-Ltd.com for details. 

Question: What if I order the wrong size and the ring does not fit?  

Answer: This band should not be resized because you will lose some detail.  We will exchange the ring for the proper size.  The ring will have to be reordered and will take up to three weeks.  New shipping charges will apply.

Question: Do you have a return policy?  

Answer: Yes. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we provide a 100% money back guarantee (minus shipping & handling costs) within Seven days of receipt of your ring(s).  No refunds or returns on special orders (i.e. special ring sizes, special colors). Buyer pays all return shipping & handling costs. Returned jewelry must not be altered, sized, damaged or worn.

Question:  Since this comes from Ireland, do I have to pay Duty & Import Taxes?  

Answer:  Not within the USA. The Import Duty & Taxes were  already paid by Basil-Ltd.  NJ Residents are charged 7% State Sales Tax.   Canada and other international locations are responsible for their Duty and Taxes.
