These are hand hammered 14K Gold Filled Hoop Earrings with a Blue Iolite  Briolette.  The hoops are very round, about 1.75 inches and diameter and the earrings are around 2 inches long.

Wire - Sterling Silver, 20 Gauge

Iolite - 10 mm
