This is a very pretty sapphire and diamond ring I purchased for myself about 15 years ago, but only wore a few times (and not at all the last 10 years)...and now it no longer goes over my knuckle.  It is gorgeous; if you don't love it then return it to me, and I'll refund your money! 

This ring has 5 natural blue prong-set faceted sapphires.  The center sapphire is 6x4 mm, and the 4 smaller sapphires are ~5x4 mm (all ovals).  Lining the ring on both sides of the main stones are 28 faceted white diamonds (14 on each side in two parallel rows at the edges of the band).  It is SOLID 14K yellow gold.  It still looks new, and is smooth and comfortable (that is, if I could still get it on!).  The greatest height from the finger is 5mm and the widest point is 6mm.  It weighs 2.7 grams.
