Shipments to the Russian Federation must be less than $400.00 - Item(s) plus shipping cost.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We do combine shipping and handling on multiple items. In order to do this, please wait for all of your auctions to close before attempting to make payment. Once they have all closed, go to the payment form of one of the items by clicking on one of the links that is sent to you for payment. All combined orders must be paid no later than 10 days from the closing date of the first auction. All auctions that close after the 10 day period should be placed on a second order. When you enter the form all of your auction items will automatically be combined into one invoice and they will all be shipped together. The shipping rate will be a discounted rate.

How can you sell your jewelry at such low prices? 

We purchase our jewelry from closeouts, bankruptcies, and overstocks in very large quantities.

Is there a return policy if I'm not satisfied with my item? 
If you are not satisfied with your item you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the item to receive authorization to return the item. There will be a ten percent restocking fee to cover our handling costs. We must receive the item, in an unused and undamaged condition. We will not refund any shipping charges or taxes.


  What can I do if I damage my item? 

 We may be able to help you. Call us and we can give you a repair estimate before you send it in. Your satisfaction as a customer is very important to us and we will keep your repair cost as low as possible.
