Cornelian "Bacchante" 14K Heart OMEGA ENHANCER. This  genuine cameo heart shaped pendant is stamped/marked 14k Italy and is also engraved on the back of the cameo with the carvers signature. This cameo also has a hinged omega enhancer so that the bail can be opened to fit on a strand of pearls or a omega chain. This pendant measures 1 3/4" x 1 1/4" and weighs 5.6 grams. Perfect condition. This M+M Scognamiglio cameo is
handcarved in Italy from genuine shell and set in precious metal, the artistic beauty of these jewelry masterpieces makes each one a treasured collectible for generations to come.
