Items must remain in totally new, unworn and unaltered condition as you received them. Items that have been worn, damaged or altered are not returnable. You are responsible for items after they are worn & no refunds will be issued on items that have been damaged as a result of wear since we have no control over how jewelry is handled once it leaves our hands. We sell only high quality merchandise in brand new condition & every item is carefully inspected upon shipment. Notice to return must be received in 3 days as per delivery status and item returned to us in 7 days. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. We are not jewelers and do not size rings.
