THIS IS A VERY LARGE CARVED SHELL CAMEO OF A LADY WITH A DIAMOND PENDANT NECKLACE IN A DECORATIVE FILIGREE FRAME. THIS IS ONE OF THE LARGEST CAMEOS THAT I HAVE SEEN. IT IS MARKED 14 K AND IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. IT HAS A LITTLE LOOP SO THAT YOU CAN WEAR IT AS A NECKLACE, OR A PIN SO YOU CAN WEAR IT AS A BROOCH. THE PIN MAY HAVE BEEN REPAIRED AT ONE TIME. I HAVE SHOWN YOU THAT PICTURE. THIS IS OVAL SHAPED, AND IT IS APPROX 2.25 INCHES TALL, AND 1.75 WIDE. THE PIECE IS PROBABLY EARLY 1900'S.

A FANTASTIC EARLY CAMEO IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. YOU CAN'T IMAGINE HOW LARGE IT IS UNTIL YOU HAVE IT IN YOUR HAND. LOOK AT THE PICTURE OF IT IN MY HAND. REALLY HUGE.
