History:

In 1976 Michel Souri and Garabed Sazian started their two person jewelry repair and manufacturing operation. Through hard work, and a commitment to quality and integrity, IAJ grew to a large manufacturing plant, employing over 20 bench jewelers by the mid 1980’s. By the mid 1990’s, IAJ had opened their first retail jewelry showroom on the 13th floor at 5 N. Wabash Avenue in Chicago. By the turn of the millennium, IAJ’s strong customer service proposition, and high quality craftsmanship forced the company to double the size of their showroom and move to the second floor at 5 N. Wabash, increasing visibility and further enhancing the brand name. As the company’s customer base continued to grow, the company once again found it necessary to further enhance the IAJ brand by opening its current street level retail store located at 19 N. Wabash Avenue. Crowned the “Jewel of Wabash,” IAJ’s current retail store has been open since July of 2007, and has helped the company capitalize on the long standing integrity of its brand.

DO YOU RESIZE RINGS?
We resize rings at no additional cost. Rings can usually be resized up or down no more than 2 sizes. If you buy a ring, give us a call at (312) 236-5503 to confirm your size. If you do request resizing it can delay delivery of an item from 1 to 2 days.
