You are responsible for items after they are worn & no refunds will be issued on items that have been damaged as a result of wear since we have no control over how jewelry is handled once it leaves our hands. We sell only high quality merchandise in brand new condition & every item is carefully inspected upon shipment. Notice to return must be received in 3 days as per delivery status and item returned to us in 7 days.
