This very pretty small star pendant is made in genuine, solid, 14K yellow gold.  The round, single cut, diamonds are SI1-I1, H in color, .06ct tw.

 

The 14K yellow gold, 16”, solid, cable style chain is .6mm in width with a spring ring clasp.

 

The Star is 3/8” .  The chain slides through back of pendant.

 

Gold weight is 1.42 grams.
