Return Policy

We will accept returns for exchange, credit or refund within the first 30 days of the item's ship date. You must contact us for return instructions. Items must be in original condition. If any alterations have been made or the item worn, we will not accept returned merchandise. Artebarca will not refund shipping and handling cost. Refund process takes 10 business days after we receive the item. Artebarca retains the right to refuse any exchange, credit  or refund if we feel the return policy is being abused.
If the wedding band you ordered does not fit your finger, you can return it within 30 days to be sized or exchanged. First resizing is free up to one full size and no cost for re-engraving. You will only be charged for shipping the ring back to you.
