All payments must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. We accept PayPal. Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared our bank. We are a registered business in the state of VT, therefore any items shipped within the state of VT will be charged 6% sales tax at the time of checkout.

Packages are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment (exclude Saturday/Sunday/Holidays/Weather & Acts of Nature).  Most items are shipped via USPS, however some larger or specialty items may be shipped by other methods such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or other services most economicial for the buyer. 

The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping charges.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  We love to combine shipping but this is done at the seller’s discretion.  We will always try to combine shipping when it is feasible.  Please feel free to email us to request this service. 

International buyers:  We are happy to ship most items internationally.  Please use the shipping calculator or contact us for a quote! Please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery, it is against our policy to falsify any customs information so please do not ask us to do so.

Shipping Insurance is required on all of our items. Please do not ask us to remove the shipping insurance fee, we require it on all shipments.  If the package is damaged or lost, the shipper eats the cost - not the buyer, so as a seller of consignment items we take this precaution with all listings!

Although it is rare, returns are accepted under the following guidelines: Buyer MUST contact seller within 3 days of receiving the item with any problems.  The buyer MUST notifiy and get approval from the seller before returning any items or your refund will be void.  Items must be return postmarked within 7 days of receipt of item unless other arrangements have been made.  Any sealed or boxed items must be returned unopened in their original state.  If the item is damaged, seller will send buyer instructions for assisting in filing a claim. Damaged items must be brought to the carrier by the buyer, if a damaged item is shipped/returned to the seller the insurance is void on the item.  Failure to comply with the above policies may result in a refund not being issued. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  The refund will be equal to 100% of the auction ending price and will not include a refund of original shipping costs.
