14Kt Vintage GREEN JADEITE "Love" Pendant 8.7 grams!

Vintage 14Kt Green Jadeite "LOVE" Pendant

This is a 14Kt Green Jadeite pendant that has been in the family for 35 years. 

Pendant:    Measures 1 1/4" or 31mm round. (1 5/8" or 41mm from bale).  This all natural stone has spotty and clustered white and green markings as well as yellowish/brown veins within the stone. (pictured)  It is quite unique.  It is stamped 14k (pictured) that has been confirmed. This pendant weighs 8.7 grams including the gold. 

Condition: Has wear signs that commensurates with it's age and use. The pendant feels hard, yet lustrous to the touch even though it was worn quite a bit.  There are some areas of the jade that are not as polished as the rest.  While cleaning the pendant under magnification  I was able to detect some scratches (not that easy to see) as well as two chips (pictured). These chips were hidden underneath the bale holder. When returned in place these chips cannot be seen.   Overall, this is a beautiful vintage pendant and very well made.

Please keep in mind that this is a vintage used item and not new.
